I believe in a well balanced program emphasizing overall physical symmetry for both health and injury prevention. The key to a good healthy life is the balance of proper nutrition, cardiovascular actives, and strength training.
Education Julie Larrison has worked in the field of exercise and health for 14 years. Her certifications in Aerobics & P.E.-Personal Fitness Instructor, come from De Anza College in Cupertino, CA. She also has certifications in Aqua, Spinning, Strong, Gravity, Nutrition, Youth Athletes, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates.

Beth has been training people for over 10 years. She has worked with people of all ages ranging from 13 to 90 years. She has trained in many different environments helping people achieve their personal goals.
When Beth realized her aspirations to become a professional ballet dancer were unrealistic, she began to teach aerobics as a way to be active and creative. She then became interested in strength training and become a certified personal trainer in December 1999.
Beth is an AFAA certified group instructor, personal trainer and nutrition consultant. She is also certified in Pilate's reformer, spinning and water aerobics and has her CPR with the American Heart Association. She has gained much of her experience working as a physical therapist aid and as a chiropractic assistant helping patients increase strength and flexibility for rehabilitation purposes. She has also instructed tumbling classes and taught nutrition and exercise to groups of children's organizations.
For Beth the most rewarding aspect of teaching fitness is helping people learn how to live healthy and active lives daily.

Chad has been a Certified Personnel Trainer since 2004. He is certified through International Sports Science Association, The Pilates Coach and Apex Nutrition. Chad specializes in training people of all fitness levels from athletes to people who desire a healthy lifestyle. He has played football for four years, wrestled for six years and competed in numerous powerlifting and strongman events, holding state powerlifting records in bench press, deadlift and 2005 North Idaho Strongman.

Training Focus Heath specializes in nutrition, injury rehabilitation, & sports conditioning (triathlon, skiing, and golf). He brought to World Gym the most scientifically based weight loss program in the world, Beyond Fitness. He teaches this material in group classes (6-weeks to Beyond Fitness) or in one-on-one Personal Training sessions.
Growing up overweight and developing injuries over the years has allowed Heath to develop a unique perspective for the programs and ideals he teaches. So if you are looking for a change or you are ready to see results, come see Heath.
Education Heath graduated Michigan State University with two degrees: a Bachelors of Science in Genetics and Kinesiology (exercise science). He also worked as a Personal Trainer in the nation's second largest health club at the time. Heath has Personal Training certifications through NASM & Apex. He is the Head of the Personal Training Department and the General Manager of World Gym of Post Falls. He is also a certified BODYPUMP & RPM (indoor cycling) instructor.
