World Gym Fitness Centers are open every weekday from 5:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. and on the weekends from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (6:00 p.m. in Post Falls) so you will have the flexibility to workout when it is convenient for you.
